| EXPERIENCE: Scott Anthony is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, his practice encompasses a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, venture capital and other private financings, public company reporting, and corporate governance. Scott represents public and private companies in technology and clean technology sectors, including software, networking and communications, semiconductor, energy storage, solar, and life sciences. He also represents investment banks in connection with their role as financial advisors to companies. As an active member in the firm's Asia practice, Scott works with both U.S. and Asia-based companies.
